SYMTAS 2024 is a fantastic forum where each year we explore new and even more interesting cases than in previous years, and where we push the boundaries of innovation in Mechanical Thrombectomy. We’re counting on you to help us advance the field. Your contribution in presenting cases is essential to help us share your experiences and advance our knowledge.

This is your golden opportunity to present your work on the stage of Santiago de Compostela. The selected authors will have the opportunity to present their work «live» during the Meeting and participate to win the prize for the best case.

If you are not selected for oral presentation, you will have another opportunity to have your work displayed as an e-poster on SYMTAS online.

The jury is made up of the scientific committee of the Symsposium.



Deadline for the admission of cases: 15th May, 2024



It must be sent by e-Mail to the SCIENTIFIC SECRETARIAT (info@compostelacongresos.com).
It will not be accepted by any other means.



Title
Authors: giving surname/s initials of the author´s name, highlighting that of the Presenter od the Commnication, according to VANCOUVER´S RULES.
Work Center and City/Country
Phone

It is imperative that both the first signer and the presenter are registered in the congress.



The works must be original and unpublished.



Only practical cases, which must be strictly to these sections:

Case presentation
Development
Discussion



The Scientific Secretarial of the Congress will notify by e-Mail the acceptance or rejection of the work. Subsquetly,the day and time of you presentation will be communicated as an INTERACTIVE CASE.

Presentation guidelines

If you wish to submit several cases, one application is required per case.
Your presentation must be in 4/3 or 16/9 Power Point format (*.ppt or *.pptx). PDF format is not authorized.
Your Powerpoint presentation should not contain more than 15 slides including 8 videos and 10 photos maximum.
Exposition Time: 7 minutes
Presentations must give a balanced view of therapeutic options. Use of generic names will contribute to this impartiality.
If presentations include trade names, where available trade names from several companies should be used, not just trade names from a single company.
You will have to mention your conflicts of interest in the 1st slide of your presentation (see the template here below) and announce them verbally to the audience at the beginning of your talk.
Selected authors for an oral presentation must attend the «Best Case Award session»
